We are committed to protecting your personal data. Needless to say, we handle your personal data responsibly and comply with all the relevant provisions of the applicable data protection law.

Handling personal data

All personal data made available to Tertianum is treated in compliance with the provisions of data protection legislation and protected against unauthorized processing by appropriate technical measures. We process and store personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of storage, or if this has been provided for by the European legislature or another legislator in laws or regulations to which the data controller is subject.
If the purpose of storage no longer applies or if a storage period required by the European legislature or another relevant legislator expires, the personal data are routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with legal regulations.
